§ 19-1-211 — Confidentiality
A CASA volunteer shall not disclose the contents
of any document, record, or other information relating to a case to which the CASA
volunteer has access in the course of an investigation. All such information shall be
considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to persons other than the court
and parties to the action.
