Text
Any person who manufactures, buys, sells, or knowingly has in the person's
possession any instrument, device, contrivance, machine, or apparatus designed or
commonly used for wiretapping or eavesdropping, as prohibited in sections 18-9-303 and 18-9-304, with the intent to unlawfully use or employ or allow the same to
be so used or employed, or who knowingly aids, authorizes, agrees with, employs,
permits, or conspires with any other person to unlawfully manufacture, buy, sell, or
have the same in the person's possession is guilty of a petty offense.
