§ 18-20-113 — Personal pecuniary gain or conflict of interest
(1)It is unlawful
for any person to issue, suspend, revoke, or renew any license pursuant to article 30
of title 44 for any personal pecuniary gain or any thing of value, as defined in
section 18-1-901 (3)(r), or for any person to violate any of the provisions of part 4 of
article 30 of title 44.
(2)Any person violating any of the provisions of this section commits a class
3 felony.
