Text
(1)The district courts of this state have jurisdiction
to restrain or enjoin violations of this article.
(2)The defendant may demand trial by jury for an alleged violation of an
injunction or restraining order under this section. Nothing in this section shall
preclude any person from applying for injunctive relief from administrative
inspections and warrants conducted under this article or for the immediate return
of property seized under this article.
