§ 18-18-433 — Constitutional provisions
The provisions of this part 4 do not
apply to a person twenty-one years of age or older acting in conformance with
section 16 of article XVIII of the state constitution and do not apply to a person
acting in conformance with section 14 of article XVIII of the state constitution.
