Text
Upon the conviction of any person for a
violation of any provision of this part 4, a copy of the judgment, sentence, and
opinion, if any, of the court shall be sent by the clerk of the court to the state board
of pharmacy or the department of public health and environment or officer, if any,
by whom the convicted defendant has been licensed or registered to practice his
profession or to carry on his business.
