Text
Except as authorized by
section 18-18-434, article 170 of title 12, or article 50 of title 44, any store, shop,
warehouse, dwelling house, building, vehicle, boat, or aircraft or any place
whatsoever that is frequented by controlled substance addicts for the unlawful use
of controlled substances or which is used for the unlawful storage, manufacture,
sale, or distribution of controlled substances is declared to be a class 1 public
nuisance and subject to the provisions of section 16-13-303. Any real or personal
property that is seized or confiscated as a result of an action to abate a public
nuisance shall be disposed of pursuant to part 7 of article 13 of title 16.
