§ 18-13-107 — Interference with persons with disabilities

Colorado·Title 18 Criminal·Art. Miscellaneous Offenses
(1)A person shall not falsely impersonate an individual with a disability, as that term is defined in section 24-34-301.
(2)Repealed.
(3)A person shall not knowingly deny an individual with a disability, as defined in section 24-34-301, any right or privilege protected in section 24-34-502, 24-34-502.2, 24-34-601, 24-34-802, or 24-34-803.
(4)Violation of the provisions of this section is a petty offense.
