§ 15-5-112 — Rules of construction
Unless the terms of the trust instrument
contain contrary rules of construction, the rules of construction that apply in this
state to the interpretations of and disposition of property by a will or other
governing instrument, as that term is defined in the Colorado Probate Code,
articles 10 to 17 of this title 15, also apply as appropriate to the interpretation of the
terms of a trust and the disposition of the trust property.
