§ 15-24-403 — Transitional provision
(1)This article 24 applies to an electronic
non-testamentary estate planning document created, signed, generated, sent,
communicated, received, or stored before, on, or after January 1, 2025.
(2)This article 24 applies to the will of a decedent who dies on or after
January 1, 2025.
