Text
(1)The state court
administrator shall provide the forms required to administer the provisions of this
article 23.
(2)The state court administrator shall create an index of creator names that
is a searchable database of all names, aliases, and last-known physical addresses
of all creators for whom electronic estate planning documents are filed with the
state court administrator as provided in this article 23.
(3)Upon receipt of a filing statement with an electronic estate planning
document of a creator, the state court administrator shall:
(a)Provide the custodian with a date-stamped copy of the filing statement
acknowledging receipt of the filing statement and the attached electronic estate
planning document;
(b)Add to the index of creator names the name of each creator a
