As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)Adult means a person eighteen years of age or older.
(2)Agent means a person eighteen years of age or older who is authorized by an adult to make decisions concerning behavioral health treatment, medication, and alternative treatment for the adult to the extent authorized by the adult.
(3)Behavioral health has the same meaning as set forth in section 27-60-100.3 (1).
(4)Behavioral health orders for scope of treatment, behavioral health orders form, or psychiatric advance directive means a written instruction, created pursuant to section 15-18.7-202, concerning behavioral health treatment, medication, and alternative treatment decisions, preferences, and history to be made on behalf of the adult who provided th
