§ 15-15-225 — Payment to minor
If a financial institution is required or
permitted to make payment pursuant to this part 2 to a minor designated as a
beneficiary, payment may be made pursuant to the Colorado Uniform Transfers to
Minors Act, article 50 of title 11, C.R.S.
