Text
Except as provided in
part 2 of article 11 of this title (elective share of surviving spouse), a transfer
resulting from the application of section 15-15-212 is effective by reason of the
terms of the account involved and this part 2 and is not testamentary or subject to
articles 10 to 13 of this title (estate administration).
