Text
If any of the
provisions of parts 1 to 4 of this article are inconsistent with the provisions of part 2
of article 5 of title 28, C.R.S., known as the Uniform Veterans' Guardianship Act,
the provisions of that act shall prevail with respect to funds or proceedings subject
thereto.
