Text
(1)Except as otherwise ordered by the court for good
cause, if notice of a hearing on a petition is required, other than a notice for which
specific requirements are otherwise provided, the petitioner shall give notice of the
time and place of the hearing to the person to be notified. Notice must be given in
compliance with Colorado rules of probate procedure, at least fourteen days before
the hearing.
(2)Proof of notice must be made before or at the hearing and filed in the
proceeding.
(3)A notice under parts 1 to 4 of this article must be given in plain language.
