Text
Any fiduciary may deposit fiduciary
property with a bank or trust company, including a federal reserve bank, or with a
clearing corporation, as defined in section 4-8-102 (a)(5), C.R.S., as depository, and
such fiduciary property so deposited may be registered in such depository's name
as nominee for the fiduciary or may be registered in the name of a nominee of such
depository.
