§ 15-1-206 — Rights of bona fide purchasers
Nothing in this part 2 shall be
construed to impair the title or lien of a purchaser or mortgagee in good faith and
for value from the person to whom such property was first conveyed pursuant to, or
in default of, appointment, as the case may be.
