§ 14-2-113 — Violation - penalty
Except as provided in section 14-2-109 (1), any
person who knowingly violates any provision of this part 1 is guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more
than five hundred dollars.
