§ 14-12-102 — Domestic relations counselor - assistants - term
Subject to the
provisions of section 13-3-105, C.R.S., the chief judge of any judicial district may
appoint one or more domestic relations counselors and such other persons as
assistants and clerks as may be deemed necessary to serve during the pleasure of
the appointing power.
