Text
The enactment of the 1999
revisions to this article 10 does not constitute substantially changed circumstances
for the purposes of modifying decrees involving child custody, parenting time, or
grandparent or great-grandparent family time. Any action to modify any decree
involving child custody, parenting time, grandparent or great-grandparent family
time, or a parenting plan is governed by the provisions of this article 10.
