Text
(1)The court shall waive court costs and filing fees in any proceeding in which an
indigent and incapacitated adult is receiving public guardianship services from the
office and shall waive filing fees for petitions for guardianship filed by the office in
a case that involves a person who is eligible for guardianship services from the
office.
(2)A court shall not require the office or a guardian employed by the office
to post a bond as a condition for appointment as a guardian or to provide services
pursuant to this article 94.
