Text
A coroner, sheriff, deputy
sheriff, or jailer, though qualified, shall not practice as a licensed legal
paraprofessional in the county in which the individual is commissioned or appointed,
and a clerk of the supreme court or district court shall not practice as a licensed
legal paraprofessional in the court in which the individual is the clerk.
