Text
An individual who is not listed
in the roll created pursuant to section 13-93-305 shall not be admitted to practice
as a licensed legal paraprofessional within this state and is subject to the penalty
described in section 13-93-309. The justices of the supreme court in open court, at
the justices' discretion, may strike the name of any licensed legal paraprofessional
from the roll for malconduct in the legal paraprofessional's office.
