§ 13-93-303 — No discrimination - issuance of license
An individual shall not
deny another individual a license to practice law as a legal paraprofessional on
account of race, creed, color, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation,
gender identity, gender expression, marital status, national origin, or ancestry.
