Text
Except as provided in section 13-90-210, it is the
duty of the state court administrator to audit the accounts of such interpreter,
except for the Denver county court, as allowed by the judges of the courts of record
of a county and to cause warrants to be drawn upon the state controller in payment
thereof, in accordance with section 13-3-104, and the rules and regulations of the
state court administrator.
