Text
(1)The judge of the probate court shall appoint a clerk of
the probate court pursuant to section 13-3-105.
(2)Repealed.
(3)The powers and duties of the clerk of the probate court shall be similar to
the powers and duties of the clerk of the district court including such powers as
may be delegated to the clerk of the district court in probate matters. The duties of
the clerk of the probate court shall also include such matters as may be assigned to
him by law, by court rules, and by the probate judge.
