Text
At any
time for cause shown, the court may excuse a grand juror permanently and, if so
excused, the court shall select a replacement grand juror from one of the four
alternate grand jurors chosen pursuant to section 13-72-103. The excuse or
discharge of a grand juror shall be in accordance with the procedures specified in
the Colorado Uniform Jury Selection and Service Act, article 71 of this title. The
discharge of any such grand juror shall in no way or manner affect any indictment
found by the grand jury as it was composed either before or after such charge.
