Text
(1)Each year, the state court administrator
shall obtain from the secretary of state a voter registration list for each county in
the state. The state court administrator shall also obtain licensed driver lists from
the department of revenue, and, where available, the department of revenue shall
match said driver's license records with the most recent address of the individual
used for income tax purposes and supply any additional income tax address to the
court administrator. The state court administrator may obtain other lists of
residents of the state as necessary and desirable. The voter registration lists, as
supplemented and modified by other lists, may be used to compile the master juror
