Text
Every defendant shall be notified that an
action has been filed against that defendant in the small claims court either by
certified mail, return receipt requested, or by personal service of process, as
provided by the rules of procedure for the small claims court. The clerk of the small
claims court shall collect, in advance, the fee provided for in section 13-32-104 (1)(i)
for each service of process attempted by certified mail.
