Text
A record shall be made of all small claims court
proceedings, and either the plaintiff or the defendant may appeal pursuant to
county court rules. Upon appeal, all provisions of law and rules concerning appeals
from the county court shall apply, including right to counsel. A tape recording of
the trial proceedings shall satisfy any requirements of a transcript for appeal, upon
the payment of a nominal fee by the appellant.
