Text
The clerk of the county court or a
deputy designated by said clerk shall act as the clerk of the small claims court. The
clerk of the small claims court shall provide such assistance as may be requested
by any person regarding the jurisdiction, operations, and procedures of the small
claims court; however, the clerk shall not engage in the practice of law. All
necessary forms shall be available from the clerk.
