Text
Each county court possesses the power to make rules
for the conduct of its business to the extent that such rules are not in conflict with
the rules of the supreme court or the laws of the state, but are supplementary
thereto. In each county court which has more than one judge, or has an associate
judge sitting regularly, the court shall make such rules as it deems necessary for
the classification, arrangement, and distribution of the business of the court among
the several judges thereof. All county court rules are subject to review by the
supreme court.
