Text
The term of office of county
judges shall be four years. County judge appointments shall be made pursuant to
section 20 of article VI of the state constitution. This section shall not apply to the
city and county of Denver, and the term of office and manner of selection of county
judges therein shall be determined by the charter and ordinances thereof.
