Text
The jurisdiction of the county court shall
extend to all cases which arise within the boundaries of this state or are subject to
its judicial power and which are within the limitations imposed by this article, but
the exercise of this jurisdiction is subject to restrictions of venue as established by
this article or, if there are none, by rule of the Colorado supreme court.
