Text
(1)(a) On and after July 1, 2008, any person filing a foreign
judgment shall pay to the clerk of the court two hundred one dollars.
(b)Fees for docketing, transcription, or other enforcement proceedings shall
be as provided for judgments of the courts of this state.
(c)Each fee collected pursuant to subsection (1)(a) of this section shall be
transmitted to the state treasurer and divided as follows:
(I)Ninety dollars shall be deposited in the general fund;
(II)Sixty dollars shall be deposited in the judicial stabilization cash fund
created in section 13-32-101 (6);
(III)Fifteen dollars shall be deposited in the justice center cash fund created
in section 13-32-101 (7)(a);
(IV)One dollar shall be deposited in the general fund pursuant to section 2-5-119; and
