§ 13-53-102 — Definitions
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Foreign judgment means any judgment, decree, or order of a court of
the United States or of any other court, except a protection order or a restraining
order as described in section 13-14-110 that is entitled to full faith and credit in this
state.
