§ 13-5-123 — Twenty-second district
(1)The twenty-second judicial district
shall be composed of the counties of Dolores and Montezuma.
(2)(a) The number of judges for the twenty-second judicial district shall be
one.
(b)Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2007, the number of
judges for the twenty-second judicial district shall be two.
