Text

(1)The thirteenth judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Kit Carson, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, and Yuma.
(2)(a) The number of judges for the thirteenth judicial district shall be four.
(b)Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2019, the number of judges for the thirteenth judicial district is five.
(c)Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2026, the number of judges for the thirteenth judicial district is six.
