(1)The eleventh judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Chaffee, Custer, Fremont, and Park.

(2)(a) The number of judges for the eleventh judicial district shall be three.

(b)Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2007, the number of judges for the eleventh judicial district shall be four.

(3)The eleventh judicial district shall be divided into two divisions. The northern division shall consist of the counties of Chaffee and Park, and the southern division shall consist of the counties of Fremont and Custer. the judges of the district are unable to agree upon an allocation by rule, the matter
shall be determined by the chief justice of the supreme court.
