§ 13-5-108 — Seventh district
(1)The seventh judicial district shall be
composed of the counties of Delta, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray, and San
Miguel.
(2)(a) The number of judges for the seventh judicial district shall be three.
(b)Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2003, the number of
judges for the seventh judicial district shall be four.
(c)Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2011, the number of
judges for the seventh judicial district is five.
(d)Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2026, the number of
judges for the seventh judicial district is six.
