Text
(1)The fifth judicial district shall be composed of
the counties of Clear Creek, Eagle, Lake, and Summit.
(2)(a) The number of judges for the fifth judicial district shall be six.
(b)and (c) Repealed.
(d)At least one of the judges for the fifth judicial district shall maintain his or
her official chambers and residence in the county of Eagle, Lake, or Summit.
