Text
(1)Subject to the rules and
regulations of the supreme court, the court of appeals shall appoint a clerk, a
reporter of decisions, deputy clerks, and such other assistants as may be
necessary.
(2)Each judge of the court of appeals may appoint a law clerk who shall be
learned in the law and one secretary or stenographer. The persons so employed
may be discharged or removed at the pleasure of the judge employing them.
(3)All employees appointed under subsections (1) and (2) of this section
shall be paid such compensation as shall be prescribed by the rules and regulations
of the supreme court.
