Text
There is hereby created the court of appeals,
pursuant to section 1 of article VI of the state constitution. The court of appeals
shall be a court of record. Judges of the court of appeals may serve in any state
court with full authority as provided by law, when called upon to do so by the chief
justice of the supreme court.
