Text
Delegate child support enforcement units
shall be exempt from the payment of any fees authorized in this article when they
file proceedings in connection with the establishment and enforcement of child
support pursuant to article 13 of title 26, C.R.S., or pursuant to article 5 of title 14,
C.R.S.
