Text
All fees, court costs, trust
funds, and other moneys paid to the clerks of the district courts or into the registry
of said courts, which have been or shall be unclaimed, for a period of two years
after the final determination of any case in which said fees were collected or money
paid, may be disposed of as provided in section 13-32-109.
