Text
(1)The state court administrator
under the direction of the chief justice shall make a continuous survey of the
conditions of the dockets and the business of the courts of record and shall make
reports and recommendations thereon to the chief justice.
(2)The chief justice shall assemble the judges of the courts of record at
least once yearly to discuss such recommendations and such other business as will
benefit the judiciary and the expedition of the business of the several courts. When
so summoned, the judges of the courts of record shall attend such conferences at
the expense of the state of Colorado. Each judge shall file a verified itemized
statement of the mileage and all moneys actually paid out for personal
maintenance expenses in attending such conferences with the cou
