§ 13-22-230 — Saving clause
This part 2 shall not affect an action or
proceeding commenced or a right accrued before this part 2 takes effect. Except as
otherwise provided in section 13-22-203, an arbitration agreement made before
August 4, 2004, is governed by the Uniform Arbitration Act of 1975.
