Text

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)Child means a person under eighteen years of age.
(2)Sexual contact, sexual intrusion, and sexual penetration shall have the same meanings as set forth in section 18-3-401 (4), (5), and (6), C.R.S., respectively.
