§ 13-2-121 — Manner of disbursement
The state controller is authorized to
draw warrants upon said fund, from time to time upon certificate, of the sums
required for the purposes specified in section 13-2-120 under the signature of the
chief justice or a majority of the judges of the supreme court, and the state
treasurer is directed to pay the same out of said fund.
